MONDAY, JANUARY 27TH

Join me at Revue Cinema on Monday, January 27th, at 7pm for the launch of Ruling Out Art, with a special screening by Programming Director Eric Veillette.

Effective October 1, 2019, the Ontario Government scrapped the OFA (Ontario Film Authority)–the arms-length agency that oversees film ratings and classification in the province. Until a new system is announced in the spring, all films must be rated using BC’s Motion Picture Act before they can be screened in Ontario.

The screening and launch will shine a light on the history of why it matters to artists, audiences, and exhibitors.
